I've been a professional brewer at a large brewery since 2017, and I have a ton of experience in the industry and making amazing beer at home. Through trying "hyped" breweries and what I think are some of the best beers in the world, I developed a passion for learning the processes and ingredients that set the world-class brewers and beers apart from the rest. I also have a cat.
